Introduction to Chen Jie's Model Worker and Skilled Talent Innovation Studio

The Chen Jie Model Worker and Skilled Talent Innovation Studio was founded at the end of 2017. It is the construction site of the first "Smart Beam Factory" in Sichuan Province, focusing on the research of "key technologies for factory production of beams and slabs on mountainous expressways". It is one of the specific practice sites of the "assembly, intelligence, efficiency and quality" concept of intelligent construction of Sichuan Road and Bridge of Sichuan Road and Bridge Group. Relying on the platform of the "Transport Industry Research and Development Center for Automated Operation Technology of the Ministry of Transport", the studio adheres to the concept of "fully automatic standardized construction", and addresses the problems of low production efficiency, unstable quality of prefabricated components, low industrialization level, high safety risks in the use of special equipment, and serious waste of resources in traditional prefabricated beam yards. By focusing on five key areas of technological innovation, intelligent equipment, process innovation, management innovation and informatization work, we have pioneered the mechanization and intelligence of mountainous expressway construction, making positive contributions to the intelligent construction of a strong transportation country.

Main achievements of the studio: First, relying on the platform of the "Transport Industry Research and Development Center for Automated Operation Technology of the Ministry of Transport", with the concept of "intelligent construction Standardization", over 20 research projects have been carried out from 1.0 to 2.0 in terms of technology, equipment, process, management and informatization. More than 10 traditional process technologies have been innovated, 9 utility model patents and 5 invention patents have been applied for, and 3 construction methods have been published. Three QC achievements were made, three characteristic teams were established, and the mechanization and intelligence of mountainous expressway construction were pioneered, making positive contributions to the intelligent construction of a strong transportation country. Second, it serves as a "training ground" for talent cultivation. Through on-the-job training, employee platforms, and mentorship programs, over 50 outstanding talents of various types have been cultivated for the company, adding vitality to its development.
