After 60 days of intense efforts, we will win the final battle | The first bridge on Xining Expressway has been fully connected

On November 25th, with the precise displacement and girder lowering of the bridge erection machine, the last prefabricated T-beam of the No. 4 middle bridge of Songxin Interchange of Xining Expressway TJ12 Project, which was constructed by East China Company, was successfully erected. The first bridge of Xining Expressway was fully connected, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent bridge deck construction of the project.

The No. 4 bridge of Songxin Interchange is 51.28 meters long and is located at the intersection of the main line and the B and C ramps. The maximum height of the bridge is 18.5 meters. Its superstructure adopts 25-meter prestressed concrete (post-tensioned) simply supported continuous T-beams on the bridge deck. After the bridge is completed, it will create favorable conditions for the subsequent construction processes such as prefabrication, transportation and erection of beams and slabs.

To ensure the smooth progress of the T-beam erection work, the project department actively responded to the call of Sichuan Road and Bridge Group to "work hard for 60 days to win the final battle", followed the principle of meticulous construction, and made detailed plans and early arrangements from multiple aspects such as the acceptance of special equipment, standardized and safe operations, and guarantee measures for construction technology. With the collaborative efforts of all parties involved in the project, each construction task was scientifically and reasonably organized and implemented. The technical briefing system was strictly enforced. Many unfavorable factors such as large terrain undulations, complex terrain and severe environmental protection situation were successfully overcome, and the T-beam prefabrication and installation tasks were successfully completed.
