Smart Beam Factory along the Yangtze River Expressway

The Smart Beam Factory of the Yangtze River Expressway is located in Huili City, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is a modern bridge prefabrication base invested and constructed by Sichuan Road and Bridge Group, mainly undertaking the production of T-beams required for the Yangtze River Expressway Bridges. This beam factory adopts the concept of fully automatic standardized construction, integrating key processes such as steel bar processing, beam and slab prefabrication, intelligent tensioning, and spray curing, thus forming a fully automated production line from raw materials to finished beams and slabs. By introducing intelligent numerical control equipment and an information management platform, the digitalization, intelligence and visualization of the production process have been achieved, significantly enhancing production efficiency and quality control levels. Compared with traditional beam factories, smart beam factories have achieved significant optimization in personnel allocation, more than doubling production efficiency and significantly reducing labor costs and safety risks. In addition, Liang Factory is also actively exploring green and low-carbon production models, using renewable energy sources such as solar power to provide energy support for the factory's equipment, contributing to sustainable development.
